Deepika Grover is a graduate of McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce. Ever since she was a child, she knew that she loved finance. She took a strong interest in the banking industry at a young age, and during her first year of university, she secured a job at one of the biggest banks in Canada. From there, she worked her way up in the company, eventually developing a strong passion for mortgages.
For Deepika, nothing is more important than helping people achieve their dream home. The complexities and challenges that come along with each deal is what keeps her going.
Throughout her professional experience, she has worked at 3 of the 5 big banks as a mortgage specialist. She has built extensive knowledge, and a strong network of industry contacts along
the way.
Deepika has always dreamed of having her own team of agents dedicated to assisting clients with unparalleled customer service and knowledge of the real estate market. For that very reason, she created Grover Mortgage Group to do just that.

Heshan Fernando is a graduate of McMaster University with a degree in Economics and Business Studies. He has a passion for soccer, loves to compete and knows the importance of teamwork. Coming from over 8 years of experience in the banking industry and having dealt with mortgages, investments, and overall financial planning. He is a driven individual looking to excel and deliver exceptional customer experience along the way.

Kanik Nayyar
Mortgage Agent
Kanik was born and raised in the Niagara Region and knows it like the back of his hand. This, coupled with the respect he has for the region being so incredibly multicultural, makes it hard to call any other place home. He speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, catering to a plethora of clients.
Always being interested in science and engineering from a young age, Kanik has a versatile mind that is constantly thinking of solutions to the problems at hand. Coming from an engineering background makes him very resourceful and fuels his passion to continuously be learning. On the other hand, he has been very interested in real estate from a young age as his parents have built up a real estate portfolio and Kanik has been on the frontline every time. Having gone through these experiences made him realize that it is becoming increasingly difficult for younger people to obtain a sense of financial security. This realization, coupled with his excellent customer service skills makes Kanik go above and beyond for his clients to ensure the deal gets done.
His hobbies include playing the piano, woodworking, kayaking, and rock climbing.
